Comments: My surname changed due to change of marital status. I informed THY with all documents by fax message twice (to 0212 465 23 06)in February but it is still not changed in my account. I travel a lot and my current miles are not considered because I buy my tickets with the surname "yilmaz" but not my previous surname which was "atasay".On the other hand, it is pure "gender discrimination" that a woman is forced to give all details about her change of surname such as divorce documents while a man is given no trouble at all for a similar case even though his identity card is changed as well, but not the surname. Anyway, I just request from THY to help a loyal customer on the basis of the information I have mentioned above. I have phoned the 0212 465 23 02 many times but nobody helped me.Best regards, Ebru YILMAZ
