Comments: A high pitched salesman promising lower rates and that we would get rid of the Centrex features convinced our VP to switch to PCS1. We never saw lower rates, and when we switched back to a reputable company, we found that the Centrex feature had NOT been removed. Additionally we have been charged for cancelled options such as caller ID, white page listing, and wire protection for 10 months, all in all about $280 worth of cancelled options. PCS1's tactics include keeping the customer on hold, not letting the customer complete sentences, refuse to get a supervisor when you ask - they are supposedly instructed to take a message or transfer to voicemail - refusing to give full name, and in general being rude to the customer. I addition you will find that their notes do not include any mention of complaints or cancelletion of service. Advise: Stay far away from PCS1
