This site began out of frustration after an inexcusable event at a local Land Rover
dealership, Rosenthal Land Rover and Jaguar. I started by creating RosenthalSucks.com. I received an overwhelming amount of
responses from individuals just like me, fed up and tired of the treament that business
insist on dishing out to its customers. So I searched for a website that handled
customers complaints and frustruations and came up fairly empty handed. And thus
was born "Respect Thy Customer".
I would like for this site to evolve into a public database of business and their
treatment of customers in general.
